I booked a room for one night and had a fantastic experience; the staff was attentive, I enjoyed a room with good value for money including a balcony, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming like a family setting.

We booked king room with a balcony and enjoyed it.

The accommodation had a central location near to the waterfall. Didn't like when it was particularly hot outside, went to Cafe Muhleradhaus to relax and grab some food. Really enjoyed the room with a balcony, my bed was good.

We stayed here for 1 night and had a very good experience. the room was big and came with a bathroom, air-conditioning, and a balcony. - the location of the hotel was marvelous and close to several nice restaurants for the evening.

Very good location for the access to Rhein Fall. Parking is available in free of charge.

TV is small size and old type. Due to facing the main road, room was quite noisy.

The electricity supply is poor. It went out while we were using hair dryer. The bathroom is tiny.

great place to stay for a trip to neuhausen am rheinfall. characterful base for 1 night in neuhausen am rheinfall, recently renovated and ideal hotel. very very good breakfast with a lot of meals. great value and reasonably large room with a balcony and knowledgeable staff. location really close to train station and rheinfalls, rheinfall, and schaffhausen. also, near to the falls.

The hotel is fairly clean. the staff is friendly and amazingly nice. - the location is particularly good with restaurants and cafes nearby. - There is a good restaurant on the premises.

It had free wifi although we did have to sit in the hallway to get a signal. It was also about 3 block walk to train station

It is extremely basic, and no frills for a not so basic Price.

It was fairly clean with fairly friendly staff. The location was favourable for walking around Rhine Falls. Set in industrial area, bars and restaurants were walk from the hotel.

There is a bar below the hotel. The night we stayed in the hotel was a hot night, and a bunch of people were sitting outside the bar, drinking and chatting loudly till midnight - not the best experience after a long day of travel.
